Placing a Web Store Order


Please note there is a small chance that merchandise is being sold in our brick & mortar store simultaneous to online purchases being finalized.  If this occurs, a Web Sales Associate will inform the customer and give a refund for the merchandise.

Pick Up In Store


We are happy to offer in-store pick up.  In store pick-ups will be ready the day after your order is placed, pending credit verification.  Need it sooner? Give us a call at 318-220-8828 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our store hours are Monday-Saturday 10:00-5:30.  Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be ready for pick-up on Monday. Please note that our return policy (see complete policy below) is for Store Credit only within 14 days from the date of purchase NOT the day of pick-up.  




We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express for online orders.  Please note that we do NOT give refunds to your credit card. A store credit will be issued. If you have a store credit you would like to use it for your web order please email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to apply it to your order.



Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship via UPS same day if the order is placed before 1:00pm CST, pending credit verification. Orders placed after 1:00pm CST typically ship out the next business day. All orders placed on Friday after 1:00 CST will process and ship the following Monday.

We understand that returns are sometimes necessary when shopping online. We will happily accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY on regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered clothing & shoes within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date.  Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear--footwear and shoe box must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. 


All items on sale, accessories, & jewelry, are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  

Creating your Return


Customers must have an account to create a return shipment. If an order is placed as a guest, you will have to register with the same email address to convert the guest account into a customer account.


  1.  Login to your account
  2.  Click on My Orders
  3.  Click on View button beside the order you want to return
  4.  Click Return Items at the bottom of the order
  5.  Select item(s) and Quantities you want to return and fill out return reasons
  6.  Submit the return

Once we receive and inspect your return you will receive an email that your return was AUTHORIZED and a STORE CREDIT will be issued.  The receipt for your store credit will be emailed to you, as well. You can use your store credit in-store or for another web purchase.  To use your store credit for a web purchase you must email [email protected] and we will take care of your purchase.

Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
