Refund policy

We understand that returns are sometimes necessary when shopping online. We will happily accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY on regular price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered clothing & shoes within 14 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be received back in the store within 14 days of the purchase date.  Please do not use shoe boxes to ship footwear--footwear and shoe box must be shipped within a larger box. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. 

 

All items on sale, accessories, & jewelry, are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  

 

RETURNS MUST REACH US BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE.

Once we receive and inspect your return you will receive an email that your return was AUTHORIZED and a STORE CREDIT will be issued.  The store credit will be issued to your account. You can use your store credit in-store or for another web purchase.

Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
